These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below with Excellent General Trading Ltd t/a Strato-Store. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Please read them with care.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Contract between the customer and Excellent General Trading Ltd ( t/a strato-store) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate prior to checkout and payment, and will be shown.

We operate the website www.strato-store.com. We are Excellent General Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09734683 and with our registered office at Unit 4, West Place, West Road, Harlow CM20 2GY. 

OUR PRODUCTS

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

There may be slight differences in colour between items from our ranges of towels and socks. Despite all our efforts to ensure colour matching, it is technically impossible to guarantee exact uniformity from one batch to another. If necessary, please request for a stock cutting in order to approve the batch

All Products will be packed and delivered as wholesale Products in simple plastic pockets or large bales for larger size orders. Please note goods sold by us come direct from manufacturers and mills. They may contain some residue of the manufacturing process and will require an initial wash.

A CONSUMER

If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 16 years old.

A BUSINESS CUSTOMER

If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use our site to purchase Products.

These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

5.3 You acknowledge that in entering into this Contract you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms or any document expressly referred to in them. You and we agree that neither of us shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this Contract

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order (Order Confirmation).  The Contract between us will only be formed when you receive that Order Confirmation.  

If we are unable to supply you with Products, for example because those Products are not in stock or are no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site as referred to in clause 9.5  we will inform you of this by telephone or e-mail  on the details provided at the point of purchase. If this results in the order being cancelled then we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and, or up to date.

All material contained on this website is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on this website at your own discretion

Prices

We always try to make sure that the prices on www.strato-store.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal. 
Payment will be taken for the Products and all applicable delivery charges at the point of purchase.

Delivery Locations 

We will deliver anywhere within mainland England, Wales and Scotland, generally within 2 working days if ordered before 11:45 am

For the Scottish Highlands & Outlying Islands, Ireland,  Europe & United States - We cannot give you a shipping price or lead time automatically..

 

Delivery

 Delivery by courier is normally on a Monday - Friday on a within 2-4 working days basis from confirmed cleared payment funds received by 11:30 am. If payment is received after 11.45 am or over a public holiday or weekend, please allow a few more days.

We do not store credit card information nor do we share customer’s details with any 3rd parties.

Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 16 days. Orders paid for but later cancelled by you within 7 days will be refunded providing the item/s are in its original packaging and in a sellable condition. Delivery costs will not be refunded when sending items back us.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are given if goods are returned within 7 days and the goods are not as were described or are faulty providing :

Goods are sent back in their original packaging and the packaging is undamaged.

All parts are complete and undamaged with the product.

The product is faulty or significantly different to that described in our listings.

The return cost of the courier will only be refunded providing there is a genuine fault with the product, otherwise return delivery costs will not be refunded.

There may be a restocking fee, you will be notified of this at the time of organising the return.

If you received free delivery with your original order, this cost will also be deducted from any amount to be refunded.
